    I just glanced at the handbook which is titled “Whild Horse and Burro Management Handbook (Public)”.
    Leads me to believe that maybe there is another version – not for the Public? Is this something that we can find out? Get it via the FOIA? Who knows how to go about that?

    I had read the protocols for the calico roundup and they violated the entire handbook..They seem to think just having the handbook printed was sufficent to cover their behinds..because they do not adhere to it..their handbook contains 1 phrase-“get er done”

    I discovered a phrase in the Handbook, under motorized vehicle use; only helicopter allowed to chase horses to”capture or to destruction”????? Hello, is this coming from an agency, who is “protecting” the Wild Horses?!!
