I would like to know if there is a nationwide organization that is working towards the horses in all of the states here in America. If we can have Yellowstone for bears etc, why can’t we have a nation preserve for wild horses?
If there’s anyone who can get the word out on the Wyoming mustangs, Jane is that person. This is “new” news, not an update. No “allegedly” this time. The contractors are comin’, and comin’ hard! A full-on media blitz is the only way to get action.
I love her emphatic “HELL NO!” near the end of the segment! (No, we don’t!!!)
Great coverage showing the extensive inhumane treatment going on, informative, detailed, great mention for The Cloud Foundation for further information, and numbers posted (and not just quickly flashed) for concerned citizens to help make calls!
Nicely done! It was organized, factual, and informative; with each participant giving their knowledgeable input from their area of expertise or interest. I had never heard Lisa Bloom speak on federal land issues before—she seemed to “get it”! JVM’s short segment last fall was not nearly as comprehensive, but now she is poised to be a formidable ally!
I just contacted The Humane Society of Louisia, Jeff Dorsan, regarding BLM tranfer, holding, who-knows, facility here …can see new a Wild Mustang adoptees on FaceBook @ Louisiana Wild Mustang Ranch. Please email & pretend you are adopting from ‘Lafayette, LA or Lake Charles, LA’ to have interest group.
I went on CNN’s email to thank them profusely, and to applaud their coverage. I asked them to continue on the wild horse & burro issue, as time is of the essence. I respectfully requested an investigative report by Anderson Cooper, and an interview with Ginger Kathrens by Larry King…..I am sure others have done this as well, but I encourage all who have not, to do so. The more people – the greater impact.
