I want to point out that if you click on the photograph of Craig Downer you will get get another page of amazing information.
There are at least 2 other radio programs on that page, one of which (the 6-29-08) radio Champagne Sunday, I was able to listen to last evening and took 2 pages of notes. Thank you to The Cloud Foundation for providing the wonderful resources that you do.

Here’s an older article from Mr. Brown. It talks about slaughter debate, unwanted horses, etc. I found it very informative.

I don’t know if you linked to this article (from the Mr. Brown article, above) but in case you didn’t here it is. . . and some interesting commentary by people who appear to be thoughtful and measured! Mr. Brown is “out of” Canada.

I wonder what Mr. Brown thinks about New York racing having turned anti slaughter? I did read the blog entry. Maybe racing will change some now. It has no choice in many ways, all economical. mar

Barbara Steele posted this last September on The Cloud Foundation Blog and it is worth reading again (re: erosion of wild horse protections).
